What if I need to change my child's attendance day at the sports camp?

If you need to make changes to your child's attendance day, please refer to the terms and conditions page for information regarding changes to days and our refund policy.

How can I get in touch with the staff running the holiday camp?

You can find the contact details of our coaches at the sign-in area during the camp. Please take a photo of these as this is the easiest way to contact a camp directly during the camp day. Alternatively, you can contact the numbers listed on our website and we will leave a message for camp staff to pick up at their earliest availability.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email for my child's registration?

Please check your junk/spam folder as our emails often get diverted there. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@in2dancecoaching.co.uk and our team will be happy to check the system for you.

Can my child attend the sports camp if they are 4 years old and in pre-school?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate children who are in full-time education. Therefore, we are unable to accept pre-school children at our sports camp. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can my child who is in Year 7 at school attend the sports camp?

Yes, children who are in Year 7 are welcome to attend our sports camp. However, we kindly ask that they are mindful and considerate of the younger children participating in the camp. Please note that children older than Year 7 are unable to attend. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

If I want to extend my child's day at the holiday camp to start at 8 am or finish at 4 pm, how can I arrange this if I've already booked?

If you wish to extend your child's day at the holiday camp, simply speak to a member of our team during the sign-in process. You can pay the additional £5.50 fee in cash upon arrival on the morning of drop-off. We'll be happy to accommodate your request and ensure your child has an extended and enjoyable day at the camp.

Are you registered with Ofsted, and can we pay with childcare vouchers?

Unfortunately we cannot accept childcare vouchers, as we are sports coaching specialists and we only offer sports provision so do not come under childcare. We run multi-sports holiday camps so the children will experience a wide range of sports. To register as childcare with OFSTED you have to offer more than one activity eg sport and drama. Therefore, because we only offer sports coaching, we do not qualify as childcare. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Do you offer sibling discount?

Yes, sibling discount is automatically applied at the checkout and works out as 5% discount off the total price for two siblings or 10% off the total price for three siblings

Do you provide a location for birthday parties?

Regrettably, we do not offer a venue for birthday parties. It is the responsibility of the parents to arrange a location. Our role is solely to deliver the sports and activities at the venue of your choosing.

What does my child need to bring to holiday camp?

Packed lunch - No nuts due to severe allergies
A named water bottle
Change of clothes
Rain coat
Sun hat & Sun cream on hot days
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers

How do I book my child onto a school club using pupil premium funding?

Complete our booking process on our book now page
Once you are diverted away from our website to Worldpay to pay, kill the page
Request your child's school administrator contacts us @ info@in2dancecoaching.co.uk to confirm that that your child's attendance at the club will be funded through pupil premium
We will then add your child to the club register and invoice the school accordingly

When do you launch your bookings for holiday camps?

We aim to get the camps live on our website at least 1 month prior to camps starting, it is usually earlier than this, but it can be dependant on schools confirming use of their venue, so please bear with us at times. We will always advertise camps on our social media platforms as soon as they are available to book.
